After a long week at school and life there is nothing finer than being in the forest with circling Eagles, chirping Nuthatch, flying Kingfishers, dabbling Wood Ducks, slurping Trout, flying Midge, crawling Spiders, and friends.

We spent the day in our usual Winter haunt as we have gotten to know the fish a bit better.  We took them on dries and emergers.  The bugs were flying by 2pm.  By 4pm we were on our way home.  We were satisfied with our days catches and challenges that the water brought us.
