I ended up with four in my car today, including myself.
We climbed from the valley to the ridge searching for Morels through the Elms and found none.
The Wild Colmbine are now staring to bloom. I found more Shooting Star’s and Jack-in-the-Pulpit.
Solomon’s Seal is starting to bud. It should be blooming within the coming days. I have yet to find any Wild Ginger on this bluff which I find odd as the conditions seem ideal for its proliferation.
It seems as though the Bellwort are done blooming and the Rue are entering their final days.
The Oak trees were flowering and most of the forest now has mature leaves.
